The Benaroya Research Institute Triathlon at Seafair sweats fun and excitement while the course scenery is so magnificent we swear it was built for the race.

Test your skills and achieve your goals on this flat, fast and picturesque sprint triathlon course! The "sprint distance" triathlon features a 1/2-mile swim, 12-mile bike and 3.1-mile run.
