Bike to the Expo

Help decrease emissions by riding your bike to the Expo. Gregg's Cycle bike technicians will be on hand to help with last minute bike adjustments and answer your triathlon questions.

Seward Park (From East): Take I-90 West to Rainier Avenue South exit #3A. Travel south on Rainier Avenue for three miles. Turn left on South Orcas Street. South Orcas becomes Lake Washington Blvd S.

Seward Park (From North/South): Take I-5 north or south to I-90 East. Take exit #3A (Rainier Ave S.) and travel south on Rainier Ave S for three miles. Turn left on South Orcas Street. South Orcas becomes Lake Washington Blvd S.

*There is no on-site parking. Please park on the surrounding neighborhood streets and walk to Seward Park.

Expo: Benaroya Research Institute (I-5 Southbound): Exit at Stewart Street and stay in the left lane. At the signal veer right (remaining on Stewart), go three blocks and take a left on Boren. Go seven blocks uphill and turn right on Seneca. The facility is two blocks down on ninth and Seneca on the Northwest corner. There are parking garages near the building.

Expo: Benaroya Research Institute (I-5 Northbound): Take the James/Cherry/Madison exit and follow it to the final off-ramp at Madison. Take a right on Madison and go up the hill for two blocks. Take a left on Ninth Avenue, the facility is at the Northwest corner of Ninth & Seneca. There are parking garages near the building.
